FAQ's + T&C's


ORDERING:

All artworks are custom made to order.

Please ensure you have measured the space you’re intending to hang your artwork in and have reviewed your purchase prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order is in production I'm unable to offer returns or refunds due to everything being custom made to order, specific to each customers purchase.

Medium 60cm x 80cm

Large 90cm x 112cm

Extra Large 112cm x 140cm - not all artworks available at this size

If you’re after a specific size not listed above or need something to fit an existing frame, please get in touch prior to ordering and we can discuss the size you require. 

ABOUT MY IMAGES:

All images are professionally photographed by me, Rachelle, therefore any artworks purchased are original artworks you won’t find anywhere else.

Each work has a limited edition of 100 prints for each size and are signed and numbered by Rachelle.

FRAMING

I offer framing by request for Australian customers only.

All frames are made to order and available in oak, black or white.  

Frames are fitted with professional framing shinkolite (not glass) with excellent tolerances (great for shipping) and superior clarity to glass with crystal clear transparency. 

Each artwork is produced with a white border as shown on the website.

Custom framing options outside of our standard sizes are also available, just get in touch here with your request.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Please allow 7 business days for processing, printing and packaging of your print order.

As all orders are custom made to your specifications, once an order has been printed, we are unable to assist with refunds or exchanges.

Shipping times are additional (see below).

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK:

Hang with care in any areas where there is a lot of moisture or direct sunlight. Moisture from bathroom and kitchen areas can be damaging and cause rippling to your artwork.  Direct sunlight on your print may fade the artwork over time so is best avoided.

PACKING + SHIPPING:

All prints are supplied in a durable cardboard tube. Smaller artworks may be flat packed.

Artwork/s are individually wrapped to protect each item.

Standard shipping with tracking applies within Australia.  Shipping within Australia takes on average 3-5 business days, with some states (WA, SA, NT) taking from 3-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping is via regular airmail with tracking.  I’ll provide you with tracking details as soon as your artworks have been shipped which, dependent upon your location will take between 5 and 20 business days.  It's likely your purchase may arrive sooner pending your country's customs clearances. Please note these delays are completely out of our control. For all international shipping, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Please note that I cannot give any indication on your local countries customs fees, this is governed by your country.

If an order is returned to me due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto the customer to pay for the reshipment to occur. Orders cannot be cancelled at this point in time. Please double check you have entered the correct details before placing your order. 

I do not take responsibility for damages caused to a product by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the recipient. I do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands. If your item has been mis-handled, lost or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post - we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter however I do not replace or refund if third parties have incorrectly handled mail. If you receive a package which has been tampered with, please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. I am in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods. Signature upon delivery is not required.

I am not responsible for shipping delays incurred by postal/shipping companies or customs.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our product, I can not offer refunds or exchanges on artworks or frames. I do offer a 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace it pending the following; Proof of damages sustained to the external packaging, internal packaging and artwork is required to be emailed to lawlerrachelle@gmail.com by means of photographs within 48hours of the item being received. After this time has lapsed, I can not take responsibility for the products condition. Please ensure you open your package as soon as it is received, in order to check the condition of artworks and packaging.

I can not not take responsibility for damages caused to product(s) by how the packaging is opened by the recipient or damages caused by the recipient(s)/recipients property/mailbox.
